Before taking an advisory role at Spongeshoe, Edrolfo was the Director of Global Media Asset Management Strategies at The Walt Disney Company. Edrolfo helped to pioneer several technology initiatives involving digital media asset management, IP rights management, media nomenclature and taxonomies, and content search and discovery. Edrolfo holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from USC School of Cinematic Arts

Stamford has more than ten years of consulting experience with companies including Price Waterhouse Coopers and Omnicom in the US, UK and Japan. He earned an MBA from University of Texas at Austin.

Twenty-five years of writing, marketing, PR and social media experience comes hand in hand with Sandra, who heads much of the marketing efforts here at Spongeshoe. Co-founder of one niche marketing company, Book Candy Studios, and founder (chief cook and bottle washer) of Master Marketing & PR in Orange County, Calif., she really knows her stuff when it comes to spreading the word about … spreading our message.

I am a founder, owner and General Manager of General Monitors Systems which designs and manufacturers safety systems for the oil industry with annual sales of about $10M USD. My current business activities involve large scale refinery and off‐shore platform new construction and upgrade projects world‐wide (our current active projects are in Trinidad, Peru, Angola and Saudi Arabia). I was Operations Manager for manufacturing firm owned by United Technologies between 1996‐2001, and also have worked as a Law Clerk for Los Angeles County Superior Court Judges (both civil and criminal divisions). I have a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California, a JD from Loyola Law school, and a recent 2009 Marshall School of Business EMBA degree from the University of Southern California. I have been married for 12 years with two small boys ages 1 and 4.
Jerry Perman is a former Administrative Law Judge for the State of California. He has a B.A. in Psychology. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Southern California. He currently practices law in the area of business and real estate.
